ORDER PAYMENT:
1. Payment for the order is made in the following ways:

1.2. Payment on receipt (cash on delivery); You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt of the parcel at any branch of Nova Poshta. The commission for sending funds is paid by the buyer. The cost of postpay transfer is UAH 20 + 2% of the amount (Nova Poshta fee). Payment for an order from a Visa or MasteCard card on the website immediately after placing an order through the LiqPay system. Payment is made on a page protected by security certificates. You pay only the cost of the goods, the commission for online payment is not charged.

 

DELIVERY ORDER:
1. Delivery by postal services.
Delivery of the order is carried out at the expense of the client in the following ways:
1.1. Nova Poshta Delivery Service;
1.2. Ukrposhta delivery service.

2. Free shipping.
Delivery for the client is free in the following cases:
- when ordering in the amount of UAH 6,000 within Ukraine;
- when ordering in the amount of UAH 9,000 outside Ukraine.

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS:
1. Goods of proper quality ordered on vish-shop.com and not suitable for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, except the day of purchase, provided:
- no traces of operation and wear;
- preservation of product appearance and consumer properties;
- availability of original and undamaged packaging and labels.

The cost of delivery on return / exchange of goods is paid by the buyer. *
* Exception: production defect or resort (other size, color or article). In this case, the return is made at our expense.
Goods of improper quality (after operation or with damaged labels) ordered on vish-shop.com, are not subject to exchange and return.

Return process:
Fill in the return form (sent by the manager at the client's request to the messenger or e-mail);
Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
Receive money by bank transfer *
The refund period is within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the return by the online store manager.
* If you received a defective product or sent you not what you ordered, and you paid for delivery - the manager will offer free delivery of your next order.
Product exchange process:
Fill in the exchange form (sent by the manager at the client's request to the messenger or e-mail);
Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated in it;
Contact the manager of the online store to book the goods for exchange.
Sending an exchange order is carried out after its complete completion and return by the manager of the online store.
Goods that are not subject to exchange and return:
- means and objects of sanitary hygiene (including toothbrushes);
- perfumery and cosmetics;
- children's toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
- combs, combs, brushes (including massage);
- soft underwear (underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas);
- bed linen;
- hosiery;
- goods in aerosol packaging;
- semi-precious stone products, etc.

If the returned goods are not subject to exchange and return, the goods are sent back at the expense of the customer.
